Our Vision & Philosophy

The SDS Group is a specialist document scanning bureau, offering comprehensive scanning services (both bulk and specialised), and bespoke document management software solutions.

Vision:
To provide the optimum Document and Information Management Systems tailored to the needs of each Client, whilst providing our accumulated expertise for the benefit of every client.

To provide an ever increasing portfolio of additional Services aimed at enabling each Client to obtain the greatest use and value from their original data.

To preserve and protect every Client’s data and information to ensure disaster recovery.

 

Philosophy:
• All Scanning and Digitisation completed in house at our headquarters in Christchurch, Dorset (not subcontracted and not sent overseas).
• Every member of the SDS Group is permanent (we do not use temps or sub contractors).
• All Client materiel is collected and returned by SDS personnel (no couriers or third party organisations).
