• Are you certain that our legal, commercial and valuable heritage documents e.g. Leases, Insurances, Royal Charters, original minutes and records are protected and available under any circumstances?


• How certain are you that our electronic data is equally well protected and preserved?


• If approved, can our Members access our data – with different security levels dependent on the confidentiality of each item?


• Can our Clerk quickly answer any questions concerning past activities and decisions of our Livery where the information is stored somewhere in either hard copy or electronic format?


• Can we guarantee to our successors that we have looked after and protected our Company’s most valuable asset – its knowledge and information?
